Returns

• As a small, family run business we regret that we are not in a position to offer free returns at this stage. Therefore you will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning items. Return postage costs are non-refundable.
  
  
• If you would like to return any items, please return to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund if 14 days have passed.
  
  
• To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be careful when trying on as any goods that have any marks such as make-up or deodorant stains, will be deemed unsaleable and therefore not entitled to a refund.

• Please obtain a ‘Proof of Postage’ certificate when returning items to us as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive.
  
  Exchanges: We are currently unable to offer exchanges (unless an item is faulty). You will be refunded in total if you return your item, then if you would like a different size or colour, please order again from the site. Thank you for your understanding.
