This is our super special Scandi Sweat featuring our signature SOS print which is made up of many symbols with positive well-being meanings. We love how the Scandinavian countries embrace winter so we've added six feel good Scandi words we wish we had in English...

Hygge: (hoo-gah or hue-guh) Danish word meaning a feeling of contentment or well-being; cosy and comfy.

Sisu: (see-soo) Finnish word describing determination, resilience, 'stick-with-it-ness' and gritty bravery.

Lagom: (law-gum) Swedish and Norwegian word meaning being in perfect balance, 'just the right amount'; not too little, not too much.

Lykke: (lik-eh) Danish for happiness, good luck, fortune; finding the good that exists in the world around us.

Koselig:(koosh-lee) Norwegian word for a feeling of deep contentment from sharing simple pleasures with people you love.

Fika: (fee-ka) Swedish word for slowing down and appreciating the good things in life, often accompanied by something sweet and a hot drink!
