Introducing the latest addition to our bestselling recycled velvet pouches, The Survival Kit! Designed and illustrated by us, and inspired by this Irish Proverb, here’s the meaning behind the design:

Lavender - the naturally calming properties of lavender has been shown to help encourage a deeper and more restful sleep.  

Books - tools down! Our reminder to turn off that technology, dig out your favourite book and make time to read, rest and repeat. 

Sleep Potion - if you struggle to sleep here’s our imaginary sleep potion! We’ve added lots of hearts here so this bottle's full of love. There's a big heart stopper too - a reminder that if you've found the perfect sleep formula... bottle it!

Black Sheep - if you worry at night that you’re a bit different… don’t! Just embrace it and count black sheep instead. Stay wild moon child!!

Sunflower - to remind you to be strong and always seek the light even on the darkest nights.

The Sun - if you are going through a tough time, remember the sun will always rise… tomorrow is a new day.

Candle - to provide a source of light in the darkness, a symbol of hope and optimism, just don’t forget to make a wish, blow it out and say Good Night… (or Bonne Nuit if you’re feeling fancy!)

Kiss - a reminder to always kiss your loved ones goodnight, even it’s just the dog… mwah!
